We believe that a combination of a user’s on-chain data from multiple blockchains combined with their on-chain data is required to truly unlock a user's universal identity, create data rich user profiles, and unlock true hyper-personalization when interacting with Web3 dapps, VR and AR metaverses and gaming experience.

The creation of enriched decentralized user profiles that are available across different blockchains will allow dapp developers to customize their app services and offerings through enhanced user-profiling. This can be done whilst preserving user privacy and still providing users with the ability to selectively disclose data to applications as they wish, keeping them in control of their data at all times, and earn rewards in doing so.

The BBID Connector Framework is designed to pull data from the most valuable centralized systems (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Github etc), filter and cleanse for fidelity, normalize the data into common schemas, and store it in the user’s personal data BBVault. This serves as a way for users to ‘unlock’ their Web2 data and create personalized data-rich user identity profiles that they directly own and control.

The BBProtocol ensures that all this o-chain data is cryptographically signed using the BB multi-chain signature protocol. This signed data can be used as a smart contract input across any supported chain via the BB App personal data bridge. Combined with high performance, encrypted databases for data retrieval, developers can onboard, market to, and personalize offerings in their Web3 applications to their target users.
